Distance is the Kamas Valley variable
A fixed-size rental on a remote lot means either paying to haul a half-empty container or waiting on a swap. Managed capacity is planned around the drive: enough on site to keep the crew moving, serviced on utilization so a trip out is a full trip. Access roads, gates and where a truck can turn are part of the placement plan. Mountain and ranch-style builds bring heavy and specialty material; that is arranged separately up front.
For a build that runs through the season out here, you want the container count to follow the phase and the drive time to be our problem, not the super's. One account, one contact, photo and certified weight on every load.

- No. Kamas, Francis and Oakley are inside the service area at the same 20¢ per pound.
- Can you get a truck up a gravel road?
- Usually. Tell us about access when Mike calls and we plan placement from there.
- What about winter?
- Service runs year-round. Tell us about road access and we plan placement and timing around it.
