Several lots, several phases, one street
Subdivisions in Heber and the valley around it run several lots at once, at different phases, on the same street. That is exactly where a fixed-size rental breaks down: one lot in framing needs capacity, the lot next door in finish does not. Managed capacity moves between lots with the work, on one account, with every load tagged to its lot. We service from Park City, about half an hour up the road, on routine utilization.
For a production builder the win is fewer decisions and fewer calls. Starting capacity is set once with your super. After that we watch utilization, add or pull containers as lots move phase, and send a photo and a certified weight on every load. The office gets one line per load, per lot.
