A clean, compact 15-yard dumpster is assigned to your company, not one address. Move it between active jobsites as projects progress. When it is full, text us: we empty it and get an empty bin back to work, same day when the route allows. Half full and the job is done? We move it to the next house at no charge.

The jobs a 15-yard bin runs best

Straight answers on weight and materials
Most remodel debris rides comfortably under the included 2,000 lbs. Three streams need a plan: roofing (shingles are dense — single-layer tear-offs are routine, multi-layer means a conversation before you load), drywall in bulk (heavier than it looks), and concrete, dirt, brick, or asphalt — those never go in a standard load. Can I get the dumpster swapped mid-project?
Yes. Text us when a bin is getting full and we schedule a Dump & Return on the next route, same-day when driver and route availability allow, at the same $400 rate with no rush fee. On longer builds, give us your phase dates up front (demo, drywall, finish) and we reserve capacity around them.
Can I put roofing shingles in the dumpster?
Yes, and plenty of Park City roofers do. Shingle tear-offs run heavy: the flat rate includes up to 2,000 lbs of disposal, and overage bills transparently at $0.05 per pound on the same invoice. Doing a multi-layer tear-off? Talk to us before you load.
What about concrete, dirt, or brick?
Those don’t go in a standard load — clean fill and masonry belong at the Henefer C&D landfill, and our resource guide covers the run. If your job produces a steady heavy-material stream, call us about a dedicated plan instead of risking an overloaded bin.
Can you deliver to gated or steep jobsites?
That’s what the Compact 15 exists for — full 15-yard capacity on a 12-foot footprint, built for the steep driveways and gated communities big roll-offs can’t reach, including Deer Valley, Promontory, and The Colony. Share gate codes at booking, and plan on about 60 feet of straight approach for the truck.
Do I need a permit for a construction dumpster in Park City?
Not if the bin sits on the property or its driveway, which covers most jobsites. Placing a bin in a street or public right-of-way needs approval from Park City before it’s scheduled — the permits section of our FAQ walks through it.
