The Wasatch County landfill (1891 W 3000 S, Heber City) is roughly 10–15 minutes each way from most of Heber, and each DIY round trip means loading the truck, driving out, waiting in the gate line, tipping, and driving back — plan on 1.5 to 2 hours per load. A typical garage or estate cleanout runs 4–5 pickup loads. That’s most of a weekend, plus gate fees per trip and the very real risk of a nail in your tire from the landfill road.
