SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends two categories of text messages to customers of Snappy Bin Operations LLC who have opted in through our website (snappybin.com), booking and scheduling forms, or phone bookings:

• Transactional messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
• Promotional messages: occasional special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions related to dumpster rentals.

Consent for each category is collected separately via dedicated, unchecked opt-in checkboxes on our forms. Promotional messages are sent only to customers who provide separate prior express written consent.

2. Opt-In Consent

By checking an SMS opt-in box on our booking or contact form, you explicitly consent to receive the corresponding category of SMS messages from Snappy Bin Operations LLC. We maintain records of your opt-in for compliance purposes. Opt-in is voluntary and does not affect your ability to book or receive services.

3. Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you a message. You will receive a confirmation message. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt-in.

5. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Transactional message frequency varies based on your rental schedule; promotional messages are occasional. For questions about your wireless plan or data charges, contact your wireless provider.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

8. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

9. Privacy & No Sharing

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with, sold, rented, or leased to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 10. TCPA Compliance
