- Mike walks the site or takes the call with your super and sets starting capacity and placement.
- Containers land with driveway and surface protection down.
- We monitor and adjust. You get a photo and a certified weight on every load.
- Final pickup when the project closes out.

Questions builders ask
- Do we sign a contract?
- A one-page service agreement per contractor that states the rate, the debris rules and the early-removal wording above. No minimum, no long-term commitment. Cancel any time after final payment for the jobsite.
- Can you bill the project, not the company?
- Yes. Every line carries the project name and container ID, and accounts can run one invoice per project.
- Who do we call?
- Mike, directly, at 435-214-1348. Routine service does not need a call.
- What about weekends?
- Seven days a week, 7 to 7, same as the rest of the business.
- Do you take concrete and dirt?
- Arranged separately. Tell us before the first load.
The fine print, in plain words
Standard construction debris only. Concrete, dirt, rock, sod, asphalt and other heavy or specialty materials need separate arrangements; ask before the first load.
Snappy Bin schedules routine disposal on utilization and project needs. If you ask us to remove a container that is substantially underused before its routine service, we may quote a service charge for your approval before we do it. Final project pickup is never charged this way.

Not every job needs managed capacity. For a garage, a small remodel or a single tear-off, the flat-rate 15-yard Dedicated Builder Bin ($550, delivery, pickup and 2,000 lbs included) is the better deal, and we will say so.
